Mentor, Executive and Life Coach, Leadership Development Advisor

Suzanne McGillivray has over 15 years executive experience spanning the corporate world, publishing industry, peak industry body, industrial negotiations and NGO’s.
Being a CEO herself at one time, she knows what it takes to unfold potential; the challenges, the pitfalls and the joys.
She now shares her extensive life experience with others as this experience positioned her well to lead people towards their own potential.

Working predominately with executives and their teams helping them to:

  • strengthen their leadership skills
  • define direction
  • think more strategically
  • act on their choices to bring lasting change
  • work more effectively and harmoniously together to achieve their goals, progress their organisations by progressing themselves as individuals.

Suzanne is a practical visionary with a natural flair for multi tasking, allowing her to simultaneously clarify possibilities, attend to the detail in numerous streams while diligently holding the big picture. She is relentless in her commitment to remain authentic. This refusal to adopt an artificial persona is refreshing in a world too driven by façade. With authenticity as her point of reference, she is able to meet people where they are, rather than where they or society feel they should be.

Suzanne’s passion is the unfolding of human potential, the development of consciousness and group relationships. She has been involved in studying Ancient Wisdom traditions of the East and West for over 25 years. Her interests lie in all things that makes mankind great.

Suzanne has experience spanning numerous healing modalities in her lifelong quest for wholeness. She initially trained at Spectrum Humanistic Psychotherapy Centre in London and now incorporates a variety of techniques in her work with clients.
