Transformation towards wholeness is not just a form of self-improvement (which often promises more of the same thing: more energy, more concentration, more relaxation or where we just get rid of something). Rather, it is a process of invoking change that will draw the many facets of ourselves into greater and greater spheres of wholeness.
Bringing together the many parts
When these facets of our lives are separate, side by side but unconnected or clash with one another, we will often feel a sense of pain, imbalance, conflict, meaninglessness, hollowness or even as if something is missing in our lives.
When we merge our many facets into successively greater wholes, something new arises, the nature of which we could not have conceived by considering the facets alone.
We experience a release of energy, a sense of well being, greater understanding, a deepening in our capacity to love, a greater depth of meaning within ourselves, a greater capacity to direct our lives, and an amazing sense of aliveness.
Practical Approach
We offer a practical approach to transformation, providing tools and techniques that have been found to be particularly useful when practiced regularly.
In learning anything new, practice is essential and results will be gradual.
When we first learned to ride a bike or learned a language, we did not master it in the very first lesson. We may have been wobbly when we first started but eventually our skills and ability increased and before we know it we are off and racing. So it is with transformation, at first we feel we are getting nowhere, but then after a time we realise that substantial changes have occurred.
Be Patient
Be patient and trust your inner essential self, for we have within us all we need to be whole. It is a matter of accessing, stimulating and then integrating the many facets of who we are.
Wholeness of Being
Wholeness evokes the dawn of a new and greater potential dormant within us.
The quest to discover and live from our essential self, amid the chaos of everyday living, is the challenge of most men and women today. Life has created new demands on us – on our time, on our health, on our resources, on our capacity to think clearly and even on our ability to simply have space to rest and rejuvenate.
Stop, Reflect and Learn
So take the opportunity to stop, to reflect and to learn and create or recreate the life you want to live. It is your choice, the power is in your hands, the limit is only your imagination.
